The Department of Political Science at Bangurnagar Arts, Science & Commerce College, Dandeli is committed to promoting knowledge of political institutions, democratic values, constitutional principles and public administration. The department aims to develop informed, responsible and socially committed citizens capable of understanding contemporary political, social and economic issues.
Political Science is a dynamic discipline that studies the structure and functioning of governments, political theories, international relations, public policy and governance. The department encourages students to develop leadership qualities, analytical thinking, communication skills and awareness of national and international affairs through classroom teaching, seminars, debates and extension activities.
