📖 About the Department
The Department of Physics of Bangurnagar Arts, Science & Commerce College, Dandeli was established in 1974 along with the inception of the college. Since its establishment, the department has been committed to providing quality education in Physics through a balanced approach of theoretical knowledge and practical laboratory experience.
The department offers Physics as a major subject in the Bachelor of Science programme and strives to cultivate scientific temper, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities among students. Modern teaching methodologies, ICT-enabled learning, laboratory experiments, seminars and project-based learning help students develop the skills required for higher education, research and professional careers.
The department is equipped with well-maintained laboratories and experienced faculty members who motivate students to participate in scientific activities, workshops, exhibitions and extension programmes.
