About the Department

The Department of Commerce at Bangurnagar Arts, Science, Commerce and Applied Science College (BNDC), Dandeli was established in the academic year 1977–78 with an initial strength of 15 students. Over the years, the department has grown significantly and currently caters to nearly 175 students under the guidance of experienced and dedicated faculty members.

The department is committed to imparting quality education in Commerce by integrating academic excellence with practical learning. It aims to prepare students for careers in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Taxation, Management, Entrepreneurship, and various competitive examinations through innovative teaching methodologies, skill development programmes, and industry-oriented activities.
